Star Wars Drawing Month – Day 4

I’m currently on Day 4 of my Star Wars drawing month, wherein I’m planning to draw nothing but Star Wars stuff on the way to the premiere of The Force Awakens. The goal with this is to keep me active in drawing, to amass a body of related work, and really, to get me ready for Atlantic.

Currently, I’m working on a classic scene from Return of the Jedi. It’s not a quickie job, by any stretch of the imagination, but that’s okay. I’ve been wanting a meatier challenge than my little roughs. One of these days I’ll generate a fresh, creative take on a scene, rather than largely just duplicating one… but for now, this is good.
